Welcome to InvestDash ("INDASH", "we", "us"). By using our website and services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use INDASH.

1. What INDASH is

INDASH is a software platform for self-directed investors and traders in the Indian stock market. We provide screening, backtesting, SIP planning, trade journaling, portfolio analytics, AI-assisted analysis, and educational content. INDASH is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in India to use INDASH. You confirm that you alone are responsible for any investment decisions you make.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• We offer Basic, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers, billed monthly or annually.
• A 14-day free trial of Pro features is granted on every signup. We do not auto-charge after the trial — you choose a paid plan when ready.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• "Lifetime Elite" deals (when offered) are limited and one-time purchases.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but see our refund policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell INDASH data or features
• Use INDASH to harass, defraud, or harm any person
• Share your login credentials with others
• Use automated tools to bypass tier limits
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform

6. Your data

We collect and store data necessary to provide the service: your account profile, watchlists, journal entries, portfolio holdings (if you choose to add them), and your encrypted broker/AI keys (if you connect them). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Third-party APIs

INDASH integrates with broker APIs (Fyers, Angel One, Dhan), data sources (yfinance), AI providers (Anthropic, Google Gemini) and payment gateways. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms. INDASH is not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from third parties.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

INDASH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any analysis, signal, or backtest will produce profitable results. Past performance does not predict future returns. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, INDASH and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
