Our promise

We want you to actually use INDASH and find it worth the money. If something doesn't work for you, we'll work with you to make it right.

14-day free trial

Every new account gets 14 days of full Pro access for free. No credit card needed up front. If INDASH isn't a fit, just don't subscribe — no charges, no obligations.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period. You won't be charged again, and you continue to have access through the period you've paid for.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days, less any setup costs (currently nil). After 30 days, no refund — but cancellation still works the same way.

Lifetime Elite

Lifetime Elite is a discounted one-time purchase limited to the first 100 customers. Refunds available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 30 days the access is permanent and non-refundable.

Technical issues

If a critical feature is broken for an extended period (more than 24 hours of downtime, or a major feature failing for >7 days), we'll credit your account or extend your subscription accordingly. Just contact us.

Chargebacks

We always prefer to work things out directly. Please email support@investdash.ind.in before initiating a chargeback — it lets us fix the actual problem and avoids extra fees for both of us.

How to request a refund

Email support@investdash.ind.in with:

• Your registered email address
• The transaction date / amount
• Reason (so we can do better)

We'll respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
